Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: London, hybrid

We are recruiting for a super exciting early stage startup, on a mission to streamline and revolutionize ID checks, AML compliance & payments for the property and legal space. Their smart & secure platform enables fast, compliant identity and financial checks, helping professionals onboard clients in minutes—not days. Backed by cutting-edge technology and a passionate team, they are scaling fast, and are looking for x4 ambitious SDRs to join the founding team!

The organisation are going through an incredible period of growth and have achieved 10x revenue growth over the past 12 months. This is an opportunity to be one of the founding sales team with company ambitions to IPO in 3-5 years.

The Role:

We’re seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our growing commercial team. As the first point of contact for many potential customers, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential fit.

• Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team.

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of activity in our CRM.
