About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will join our training academy to learn the skills of a successful sales professional, with the potential to progress to a full Account Manager role earning an OTE of £40,000 to £80,000 per annum within 6 to 12 months.

2. Sales Activity: Generate loan inquiries from our warm database via telephone.
3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to expand our client base.
4. Planning: Develop and execute effective business, marketing, and sales strategies.
5. Brand Awareness: Promote Love Finance through networking and promotional events.
6. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational and credit criteria are met, and implement fraud prevention measures.
7. Compliance: Adhere to all lending and regulatory processes.
