Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data insights and sales enablement tools to conduct lead generation activities for new business, including cold calling, networking, and other prospecting methods to convert new business.
  • Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs, identify scope, develop strategies, submit proposals, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to implement solutions, participate in kick-offs, and create mutually agreeable implementation strategies.
  • Set expectations during implementation regarding account health, KPI reviews, revenue quality, opportunity monitoring, and contract adherence.
  • Develop account strategies for maintenance and growth, creating future opportunity roadmaps for internal sales teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 3-4 years of transportation/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record as per JBH standards.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Communication, or related field.
  • 3-4 years in transportation/logistics or relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years of direct sales experience.

Expected starting pay range: $80,000 - $100,000.
