Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Sales Data Quality Analyst to join our hybrid team in India. You will ensure accuracy of sales data, perform profiling and quality checks, and drive data standardization across critical deal data.

Collaboration with Sales, Finance, and IT is essential to align data with business objectives. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in data analysis or sales operations, strong Excel and SQL skills, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or sales operations.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify anomalies and outliers.
• Perform data quality checks for conversion rates, ACV/TCV, and deal spans.
• Develop data cleansing and standardization processes for consistency.
• Validate new logos and account segments alignment with criteria.
• Review closed lost renewals for accurate new opportunities alignment.
• Ensure accuracy of SPIF attributes and flags on deals.
• Validate opportunity close/start dates for renewal compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis and document data quality rules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT and other stakeholders.
