Job summary

DCTUK is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our Liverpool team. This role blends phone-based sales with solid administrative work, including logging calls, keeping notes, and managing your CRM pipeline.

We offer a starting salary of £28k–£30k, plus a performance bonus, private medical insurance, a pension scheme, and opportunities to progress into leadership, marketing, contracts or showroom management. Hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal communication and confident telephone manner.
• Reliable with ability to follow processes and timelines.
• Experience in maintaining accurate CRM records and notes.
• Willingness to learn and progress within the company.
• Sales or admin experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Keep detailed, accurate notes on every customer conversation.
• Follow up with customers as promised.
• Maintain pipeline and CRM records to reflect current status.
• Build long‑term relationships through consistent, genuine service.
• Adhere to the company sales process step by step.
