Overview

Hours: Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week on a rota basis)

The role involves working 5 days a week, 40 hours, with fixed rotational shifts planned in advance. Weekend work is part of retail experience, requiring every second weekend off during the week.

As a sales customer advisor at our Glasgow Customer Contact Centre, you will work with premium brands. Your role is vital in delivering excellent customer experiences. This is a full-time, office-based position emphasizing teamwork and continuous growth, creating a centre of excellence. The environment is friendly, fast-paced, and energetic, ideal for enthusiastic team players.

Reporting to Brian Ross, a highly experienced contact centre manager, you will receive ongoing support and brand-specific training to help you progress within the company. This role offers a great opportunity to start a career in the motor trade at Lookers.

Your duties include communicating with customers via phone and digital channels to arrange appointments, leading to sales. It is suited for individuals passionate about sales and customer service, aiming to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities
