ASL is seeking a motivated, entry-level Customer Service Sales Administrator to support the sales and hire teams. The role involves handling quotes, following up on enquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service to existing customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and a polite, friendly professional telephone manner.
• Experience with sales quotes, phone sales or telesales is advantageous or related quote follow-up experience.

Responsabilités

• Daily management of the quote database and follow-up on quotations and sales enquiries.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to discuss quotes and answer queries.
• Gather detailed information on customer requirements, budgets and future projects for market research.
• Pass qualifying leads and information to Sales manager and field teams.
