Job summary

Dron & Dickson in Runcorn is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Wholesale operations. You will be at the heart of our sales process, processing quotations and orders, building relationships with customers, and working closely with Business Development Managers to meet branch goals.

The role provides training in Customer Service and Compliance (Anti-Bribery, Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking) and includes 33 days annual leave, Bike to Work, and Life Assurance.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales Experience is required.
• Minimum GCSEs or Standard Grades.
• CompEx Foundation (or willingness to complete).
• Training in Customer Service, Anti-Bribery, and Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking provided.

Responsibilities

• Process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately.
• Manage and build relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Proactively follow up on quotations to secure business.
• Maintain CRM records and support Business Development Managers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
