SIG Roofing is looking for a proactive Sales Co-ordinator to be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and helping the branch hit its sales targets. You will work with the Branch Manager to deliver excellent service and drive performance across the team.

You’ll manage customer accounts, promote our full range of products over the phone and face-to-face, and collaborate with warehousing and sales colleagues to ensure smooth deliveries while maintaining

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Good IT and numeracy skills with attention to detail in processing orders.

Sales Co-ordinator at SIG Roofing

We are looking for a motivated Sales Co-ordinator to join our team, to be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers—building relationships, processing orders, and helping the branch meet its sales targets.

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to deliver excellent service and drive branch performance. You’ll handle customer enquiries, manage accounts, and promote our full range of products both over the phone and face-to-face.

What you'll be doing:
