Job summary

SIG Roofing in Liverpool is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and helping the branch meet its sales targets.

You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to deliver excellent service, manage accounts, and promote the full range of products both over the phone and face-to-face, while contributing to a safe and positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Good IT and numeracy skills, with attention to detail in processing orders.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers on the phone, via email, and at the trade counter.
• Accurately processing orders and providing clear, competitive quotes.
• Maximising every sales opportunity, including up-selling and cross-selling.
• Proactively contacting lapsed or prospective customers.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborating with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Actively contributing to a safe, positive working environment.
