Omega Red Group, the UK leader in earthing and height safety, is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Nottingham. You will support the sales and operations teams, manage customer relationships, coordinate repair and remedial works, and prepare quotations to drive timely project delivery.
The role requires at least 1 year in customer service or sales support, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and strong organisational skills.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and operational teams while delivering an outstanding
experience for our customers. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating repair and remedial works,
processing quotations, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to
manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer
service and achieving results. You will be comfortable working in a busy sales environment, managing competing priorities, and
building positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
