The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer service or sales support environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing customer pipeline through regular follow-ups and relationships.
• Act as primary contact for customers, providing professional support throughout the journey.
• Handle inbound enquiries, ensuring requests are resolved promptly and to a high standard.
• Prepare and issue quotations for remedial and repair works and follow up to maximise conversions.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments for smooth delivery.
