Key Activities
  1. Answering enquiries both internally and externally
  2. Managing daily sales activities through internal systems
  3. Taking ownership of customer needs and managing deadlines for enquiries
  4. Building relationships with customers and suppliers via regular communication
  5. Providing pricing and lead times upon request
  6. Handling day-to-day sales administration
  7. Responding promptly to phone calls and making proactive outgoing calls
