Role Overview

We are seeking an initiative-taking and meticulous individual to support franchisee partners and area sales surveyors. You will play a vital role in ensuring the infield teams comply with company standards and industry regulations. You will also provide essential support to help drive performance and enable both franchisee partners and area sales surveyors to achieve maximum sales revenue. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support that directly contributes to our sales revenue and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key contact for franchisee partners and area sales surveyors, answering queries, providing solutions, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with franchisee partners and area sales surveyors, fostering a collaborative environment and advocating for their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems and processes.
  • Administer system changes promptly, ensuring all systems reflect accurate information (including order amendments, urgent door requirements, cancellations, and availability such as sickness, holiday, starters/leavers).
  • Work with infield teams to reduce incorrect measurements.
  • Maintain franchisee and surveyor territories and working patterns using Microsoft Dynamics, challenging any changes that may reduce capacity or revenue contribution.
  • Contribute to dispatch and sales revenue by leveraging relationships to influence earlier order placement and working with the operations team to aid dispatched revenue.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced sales support or administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to review data carefully and flag discrepancies or potential issues for further investigation.
