Role responsibilities:
  • Being the first point of contact for customers in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Managing a central inbox, handling customer queries, and providing excellent service
  • Supporting sales order processing and quotes
  • Managing customer accounts to upsell and win back dormant clients
Job details:

This is a full-time, permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.
