Role Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Manage a central inbox, handle customer queries, and deliver exceptional service
  • Support sales order processing and quote management
  • Manage customer accounts, upsell, and re-engage dormant accounts

Details
  • Full-time, permanent role
  • 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
