As a Warranty Telesales Advisor, You Will:

• Outbound calling to offer extended vehicle warranties.
• Sell policies on either a monthly or yearly subscriptions.
• Promote a comprehensive warranty that covers parts, labour, VAT, and mechanical/electrical failures.
• Provide flexible solutions, allowing customers to use local approved repairers.
• Drive sales targets and build on customer service.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience in telesales or outbound call environments.
• Strong background of the motor industry and vehicle warranty sales.
• Motivated, organised, and able to work independently from home.
• Target-driven.
