Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a passionate Sales Consultant for our premium health and wellness clubs. Based in the UK, you will drive member sign-ups from a busy office, while showcasing our clubs and DL values to prospective members.

You will split time between calls and in-club visits, hitting targets, and onboarding new members to deliver premium after-care. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with uncapped commission and an exciting benefits pack.

Responsibilities

• Hit the phones to prospective members and convert inquiries into sign-ups.
• On-board new members to ensure premium after-care service and ongoing engagement.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets and contribute to club growth.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive club culture by embodying the DL values.
• This role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

About you:

As a Sales Consultant we are looking for someone who:

• Is target driven, with excellent administration and organisational skills.

• Has a passion for all things health and fitness.

• A self-starter who takes pride indelivering a qualitysales experience

• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential
