Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our premium health and wellness group in Maidenhead. In this office-based role you will predominantly phone prospects, inspire them with our values, and drive memberships with uncapped commission.

You will also showcase our clubs, help new members onboard for a premium after-care experience, and work toward personal and team sales targets, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Target driven with strong admin and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter delivering a quality sales experience.
• Sales experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hitting the phones to generate leads and convert memberships.
• Inspire and showcase clubs to prospective members.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
