Job summary

davidlloyd Renfrew is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our premium health and wellness group. In this office-based role you will primarily make calls to prospective members, promote DL values, and drive new memberships while supporting your team to hit targets.

You will also showcase our clubs, coordinate onboarding, and deliver a premium after-care service. The role includes evening, weekend and public holiday shifts, with uncapped commission and extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Target-driven individual with strong admin and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter who delivers quality sales experiences.
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective members to drive sales.
• Onboard new members and ensure premium after-care service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Represent DL values and showcase clubs.
• Work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment . The other 30% of your role will inspir e and showcas e our amazing clubs , achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensur e they receive a premium after-care service .

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required .
