Job summary

davidlloyd in Portsmouth is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive member signups and deliver a premium club experience. You will primarily contact prospective members by phone, promote our DL values, and onboard new members to ensure excellent after-care in a busy club environment.

The role includes evenings, weekends and public holidays as required, with uncapped commission and staff perks. Bring energy and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Target driven with focus on achieving targets.
• Strong administration and organisational abilities.
• Interest in health and fitness and a proactive attitude.
• Previous sales exposure is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hitting the phones to engage prospective members in a club environment.
• On-boarding new members and delivering premium after-care.
• Contributing to team targets and building the DL brand values.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment . The other 30% of your role will inspir e and showcas e our amazing clubs , achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensur e they receive a premium after-care service .

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required .
