Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Sales Consultant in Colchester to drive memberships from proactive outreach and face-to-face club showcases. You will balance phone-based prospecting with club tours, aiming to hit sales targets while providing superb member onboarding and after-care.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed, and offers uncapped commission and family club memberships as benefits.

Qualifications

• Target driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• A self-starter who delivers a quality sales experience.
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• 70% of the role involves making calls to prospective members and promoting DL values in an office setting.
• 30% involves showcasing clubs, hitting individual and team sales targets and onboarding new members.
• Ensure new members receive premium after-care service and support.
