Job summary

davidlloyd is seeking a Sales Consultant in Sidcup to drive member sign-ups through phone outreach and in-club showcases. The role combines tele-sales with live club tours, delivering a premium customer experience while meeting individual and team targets.

The position includes working evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with uncapped commission and family club membership, plus a range of member discounts and development opportunities in a supportive, health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.
• Must be target-driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective members and influence decision makers.
• Inspire and promote DL values while presenting the club and its benefits.
• Onboard new members and ensure premium after-care service.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment . The other 30% of your role will inspir e and showcas e our amazing clubs , achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensur e they receive a premium after-care service .

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required .
