Be a Sales Consultant in our Miele Store in Bluewater Shopping Centre

Support our customers in choosing the right products for their homes. Our Experience Centres connect dealers, consumers, and Miele by offering opportunities to close sales either directly or through our partner network. These centres provide a premium experience, whether customers are outfitting a new kitchen or purchasing replacement detergents for their washing machines.

We are seeking individuals with experience in Brand Ambassador roles or consultative sales, preferably within a premium lifestyle brand, to join our store in Bluewater Shopping Centre.

Hours & Schedule: 20 hours per week, including weekends.

Role Responsibilities:

• Sell and advise customers on Miele appliances, promoting pride and passion for the brand.
• Participate in large and small-scale product and accessory events.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales targets.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills across telephone, face-to-face, and written interactions.
• Respond effectively to quotations and customer queries.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a customer-facing, consultative sales role, confidence, credibility, and a passion for the brand. IT literacy and the ability to multitask are essential.

What We Offer:

• Hourly rate of £13.16 plus bonus and benefits.
• £6.50 daily lunch allowance paid monthly.
