The Role of a Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you will develop strong customer relationships across multiple stores, offering hire solutions with top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. If you’re looking to join a forward-thinking culture, we want you to be part of our exciting journey.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm, alternating Saturdays 8am - 1pm

What do you need to succeed as a Sales Consultant?

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and solution-driven attitude
• Ability to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and expanding product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license (you will operate a van)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple locations, driving regional strategy to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and customer loyalty
• Support customers in the HSS area within our partner builder’s merchant, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Support sales initiatives and strategies to meet branch KPIs, fostering innovation and forward-thinking approaches
