As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required; all new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll learn skills to help you sell, serve, and support our customers, including supplier training, product demos, and testing the latest products to ensure top-notch recommendations.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, typically including weekends. Stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.

Role responsibilities include:

1. Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
2. Making customer interactions memorable.
3. Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
4. Contributing to the store’s overall sales performance.
5. Working across different departments and product ranges.
6. Supporting store operations through various tasks.
