8-39 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham, gaining skills to sell, serve, and support our customers. We provide training on products and demos to ensure you’re confident in making top-notch recommendations.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally between 9 am and 8 pm, with local variations.

Role overview:

In this role, you will:

1. Ask questions to match customers with the right products.
2. Make every customer interaction memorable.
3. Offer support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
4. Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance.
5. Work across different departments and product ranges.
6. Support store operations by completing various tasks.
