As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is needed. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll gain valuable skills to help you sell, serve, and support our customers, making amazing happen. From supplier training and product demos to testing the latest gadgets, we’ll equip you with the confidence to provide top-notch recommendations.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.
