8-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (*rising to £12.51 after successful completion of probation).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required as all new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll gain skills and knowledge to help you sell, serve, and support our customers, making amazing happen. From supplier training and product demos to testing the latest products, we equip you with the confidence to make top-notch recommendations.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9 am to 8 pm, with local variations.
