As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll learn skills to help you sell, serve, and support customers, ensuring you make a real difference. From supplier training and product demos to testing the latest gadgets, we equip you with the confidence to provide top-notch recommendations.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you will:

1. Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
2. Make every customer interaction memorable.
3. Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and flexible payment options.
4. Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
5. Work across different departments and product ranges.
6. Support store operations by completing various tasks.
