8-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £11.50* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (*rising to £11.80 on successful completion of probation period).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior in-depth tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll develop skills and knowledge to sell, serve, and support our customers, ensuring they have an amazing experience. From supplier training to product demos and testing the latest gadgets, we equip you with the confidence to make top-notch recommendations.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open seven days a week, generally between 9am and 8pm, with local variations.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
  • Making every customer interaction memorable.
  • Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and flexible payment options.
  • Contributing to the store’s overall sales performance.
  • Working across different departments and product ranges.
  • Supporting store operations by completing various tasks.
