Job summary

SalesWorks is seeking a fast-learning, energetic Sales Coach to join our rapidly growing sales and client delivery team. You will deliver and lead client workshops across sales development, account executive and customer success teams, influencing outcomes with strong business acumen in a fast-moving start-up.

You will build and tailor training material, support business development to new and existing clients, and coach client teams using constructive feedback. Flexible working is supported.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a targeted environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesloft is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead client workshops across sales development, account executive and customer success teams.
• Create and update training materials based on bespoke assessments.
• Develop new business for SalesWorks with net new clients and existing accounts.
• Provide 1-1 coaching for client sales teams using feedback to stakeholders.
• Attend networking events to build relationships.
