Sales Co-Ordinator / Key Account Manager (COBUR) - Burnley, England

Salary: GBP 25,000 - GBP 28,000 per annum

Our client is seeking an exceptional Sales Co-Ordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established company that takes pride in their work and employees.

You should have confidence in your abilities to communicate with people at all levels, possess good negotiation skills, and have a good ear for listening — this is key. A persuasive personality that is resilient is essential. Experience in Key Account Management or Merchandising with large accounts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and review data and sales figures weekly, produce reports, and analyze this data to inform sales strategies and plans for senior management and the sales team.
  2. Support the business strategy to deliver growth and increased profitability.
  3. Support company values (CAN DO), standards, and purpose statement.
  4. Assist in creating and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  5. Support the development of skilled sales administrators.
  6. Manage day-to-day contact with key accounts.
  7. Review stock holdings, suggest improvements, and monitor in-season stocks.
  8. Develop understanding of market forces, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  9. Deepen understanding of customer needs, language, and strategies to develop their range accordingly.
  10. Assist in exploring emerging markets, new opportunities, and developing new products/services to ensure continued growth and profitability.
Additional Information:
  • Flexibility in working hours and hybrid working arrangements. Attendance at site as required.
  • Ability to travel for face-to-face meetings and negotiations.
