The Role

As a Collections Customer Account Manager, you will be involved in the entire process of providing loans to our customers, focusing on collections. Your responsibilities will include speaking to customers enquiring at the local branch, establishing their requirements and affordability, processing loan agreements, and supporting them throughout the full lifecycle of their loan.

This role requires strong communication skills and excellent rapport-building abilities, both on the phone and face-to-face, along with an excellent eye for detail. We are passionate about our customers, and our employees demonstrate this daily by delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes.

Salary

Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
