Job summary

Andy File Associates Ltd is representing a Sheffield-based contract engineering business seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager. The role is field-based from the Sheffield office, with a typical Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm schedule and a salary of £37,500–£50,000 plus a Company car (Tesla Y).

You will be the front face of the organisation, promoting the full range of products and services and developing new business beyond current clients.

Our client, a contract engineering business based in Sheffield, are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Salary:£37,500 - £50,000 Depending on Experience + Car (Tesla Y)

This role will be field based working from their Sheffield office, location wise you will ideally be based in the area from Barnsley to Mansfield so that you will be pretty central to all the required locations.

In this role you will be the front face of our client's organisation, promoting the full range of their Group's products and services to existing customers and the development of new business outside of their current client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and expand existing business
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Previous successfultrack record ofsales andbusiness development experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence speaking with customers and decision-makers
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Experience working in the Steel, Cement, Power,Wood or Heavy Engineeringindustries would be highly advantageous
• A proactive, positive and results driven attitude.

Our client is also open to candidates who don't have their specific industry experience as long as you have Sales and Business Development experience and are willing to put the work in to get to know and understand their industry.
