Location: Fareham

Salary: Up to £74,000 OTE (Basic Salary £40,000 + Bonus + Company Car)

Driver Licence Required: Yes

This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive dealer group representing an exciting and rapidly growing automotive brand. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving departmental performance, developing a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for maximising new and used vehicle sales opportunities, achieving manufacturer objectives, and ensuring the continued growth and success of the dealership.
