Job summary

We Buy Any Car in Milton Keynes seeks a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead branch operations, drive customer service excellence and hit sales targets. You will manage a 42.5-hour week on a 5-on/2-off rota with weekend work and a clear path for progression.

Full UK driving license required; you’ll engage with customers, perform appraisals, and coordinate with back-office and transport teams to ensure smooth transfers and high service levels.

• Able to work under pressure and independently (lone working).

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers and ensure efficient branch operations.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth processes.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
