Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead one or more vehicle branches and coordinate transfers across sites. You will be the main point of contact for customers and drive branch performance.

The role offers a £28,200 annual salary with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work 42.5 hours weekly on a 5-on/2-off rotational shift, including weekends, in a fast-growing, market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations to ensure efficient running and serve as main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and work colleagues.
• When not buying cars, assist the transport department as required.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements
