Job summary

Totally Wicked is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate in the UK to deliver exceptional customer service across our retail network. You will process purchases, handle refunds, maintain store appearance and demonstrate products to customers.

The ideal candidate is friendly, with a track record of meeting sales targets, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team across 7 days. Branded uniform and 30 days holiday pro-rata are provided.

• Proactive and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience meeting or driving sales targets or KPIs.
• Ability to work in a retail environment and deliver excellent service.

A bit about the role…

• Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
