Job summary

Totally Wicked in Bishop Auckland is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales on the shop floor. You will process purchases accurately, handle refunds and credits, and help maintain a clean, appealing store environment while staying informed about our vaping products.

Ideal candidates are friendly, professional, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Be over 18.
• Flexible to work across 7 days.
• Experience in achieving sales targets or KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with company structure.
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy.
• Complete customer refunds and credits.
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image.
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all products.
• Assist with stock counts and report discrepancies to Store Manager.

A bit about the role…

• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
