Four Seasons in London is seeking a polished Sales Associate to join our luxury pre-owned watches and jewellery team. You will deliver personalised service, guide clients through high-value purchases, and build long-term relationships from our penthouse showroom or Royal Exchange boutique.

The role requires luxury retail experience, exceptional communication, and a passion for horology. You will work in a high-value environment with a strong commission scheme and a premium showroom experience.

Location: Penthouse Showroom or Royal Exchange Boutique, London

Up to £35,000 plus a very strong commission scheme

Monday-Saturday 10-5pm

They are expanding and looking for a polished, passionate Sales Associate to join the growing retail team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a premium environment and has a genuine interest in horology, fine jewellery, and luxury client service.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play an integral part in the client experience - offering tailored advice, guiding clients through high-value purchases, and building long-term relationships. You'll be working from either our exclusive penthouse showroom or our boutique in the Royal Exchange.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to all clients
• Support customers through the full sales journey, from greeting to closing
• Maintain deep product knowledge of pre-owned luxury watches and jewellery

• Assist with product merchandising and showroom/store presentation
• Work with the wider team on stock management, pricing, and product updates
• Contribute to the overall brand experience, ensuring a seamless and premium feel
• Help support private appointments and VIP client viewings
