Job summary

Totally Wicked is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Scotland. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, process purchases, handle refunds, and keep our store looking its best across a seven-day rota. You will test products and stay knowledgeable about our range to help customers on their vaping journey.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, working both independently and as part of a team, and contributing to a positive customer experience with friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in achieving sales targets or KPIs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work across 7 days and stay flexible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with our Mr Wicked Cares structure.
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy.
• Complete customer refunds and credits.
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image.
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products.
• Assist with stock counts and highlight discrepancies to the Store Manager.
