Job summary

Totally Wicked in Ayr is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service in our stores, process purchases accurately, handle refunds and help maintain a welcoming store environment. You don’t need to be a vaper to join us, just a passion for helping people.

You’ll work flexible hours across seven days, enjoy ongoing training and development, and be part of a team that rewards effort and cares for customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
