Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales Associate to join our store team in the UK on a fixed-term six-month contract. The role focuses on delivering authentic customer experiences, educating guests about our community and culture, and driving sales through product knowledge and genuine connection.

The position requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with 100% of time spent on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-centric, sales environment preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to build genuine connections and uphold ALO's principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s initiatives and optimizing productivity.

• Build client relationships and educate customers about our products and culture.
• Partner with leadership to analyze reports and strategize improvements.
