The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, people-focused team member to join Clearly in a hybrid role across Sales Development and Customer Success. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects and a trusted partner for our growing customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s excited to work across the full commercial journey, booking meetings one day and supporting clients the next.

You will play a central role in building pipeline, driving brand awareness, and helping our customers get the most out of Clearly. You will work directly with the leadership team and gain exposure to both sales and customer success as we grow.

You will:

  • Reach out to prospective customers using creative outreach methods
  • Managing all inbound leads and qualifying these opportunities
  • Supporting the sales team with ongoing sales processes
  • Attend conferences and build brand awareness
  • Take some ownership in the continued support of customers
  • Becoming an expert in the fleet industry through learning and engaging with the market

What We’re Looking For

  • A hard working, highly enthusiastic individual that is willing to build on their skillset and contribute to the rapid growth of an exciting company
  • A strong communicator who can articulate their points through both spoken and written communication
  • A high level of motivation to drive your own development, whilst operating with the full support of the experienced team surrounding you
  • Ability to collaborate and work with a small and very agile team. This is key in a fast growing company where you can directly impact the feedback loop in the organisation
  • A creative thinker that can think outside the box and find solutions to problems you will inevitably face
  • Someone who is willing to learn fast and adopt a mindset that fits with the persona of fleet professionals that are also trying to learn fast in this changing landscape
  • A technology-forward mindset that does not rely on but takes advantages of the wealth of new AI and technology in the market to improve efficiency and expand capabilities

Qualifications

  • Ba/BSc Degree
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in sales or customer success
  • Cold calling experience
  • Familiarity with a sales tech stack (e.g. CRM)
