Ryman, part of the Theo Paphitis Retail Group, is looking for a friendly Sales Assistant to help customers find products and create a brilliant shopping experience. You will support store management to drive sales, deliver excellent service and maintain store standards.

You’ll handle queries and returns, work toward targets, and upsell where appropriate, while keeping tills, stock, and merchandising in top condition. Flexible hours and a positive attitude are valued.

• Be a proud ambassador for Ryman and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group, building knowledge and sharing it with customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and returns, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, KPIs and objectives.
• Get to know our customers, understand their needs and recommend products, promotions and add-ons.
• Operate the till efficiently while following customer care and loss prevention procedures.
• Keep stock replenished and maintain accurate stock systems.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
• Build product knowledge and continue developing skills.
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
