Ryman is hiring a Sales Assistant to be the friendly face in store, helping customers find exactly what they need and delivering a brilliant shopping experience every time.

You’ll support the Store Management Team to drive sales, provide excellent service, and keep the store looking its best. The role involves upselling, handling queries and complaints, and maintaining stock and merchandising standards.

Formación

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and helping customers find products.
• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Comfort with handling till operations and returns.
• Willingness to learn and build product knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Be an ambassador for Ryman and Theo Paphitis Retail Group.
• Deliver consistently excellent customer service and go the extra mile.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and returns tactfully.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products and promotions.
• Operate till and follow care and loss prevention procedures.
• Keep stock replenished and maintain stock systems.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
• Develop product knowledge and skills over time.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures.
