Responsibilities

• Be a proud ambassador for Ryman and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group, building knowledge and sharing it with customers.
• Deliver consistently excellent customer service and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Confidently handle customer queries, complaints and returns, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, KPIs and objectives.
• Get to know customers, understand needs and recommend products, promotions and add-ons.
• Operate the till efficiently while following customer care and loss prevention procedures.
• Keep stock replenished and maintain accurate stock systems.
• Help create an inviting store with high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
• Build product knowledge and continue developing skills.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures.
