Ryman is seeking a Sales Assistant in Derby to be at the heart of the store, helping customers find what they need and delivering a brilliant shopping experience. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face who supports the Store Management Team to drive sales and maintain high standards of service and presentation.

You will upsell where appropriate, handle queries and returns with care, keep shelves stocked, and contribute to visual merchandising and loss-prevention procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Be an ambassador for Ryman and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group, sharing knowledge with customers.
• Deliver consistently excellent customer service and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Confidently handle customer queries, complaints and returns, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, KPIs and objectives.
• Know our customers, understand their needs and recommend the right products and promotions.
• Operate the till efficiently while following customer care and loss prevention procedures.
• Keep stock replenished and maintain accurate stock systems.
• Help create an inviting store by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
• Continue to build product knowledge and develop skills.
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
