Leisure Lakes Bikes is opening a Bristol store and seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to join the team. You will deliver excellent customer service, advise customers on cycling products, and help riders find the right solutions on the shop floor.

You will handle stock, operate the EPOS till, schedule workshop bookings, and liaise with suppliers. The role offers competitive pay and a sales bonus in a growing cycling business.

We are looking for the following positions to be filled:

• 2 Full Time Sales
• 1-2 Part Time Sales

Role Requirements

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operation of our store. You will be working on a busy shop floor, assisting customers with product advice, answering questions, and helping riders find the right solutions for their needs.

Working Hours

Our stores operate seven days per week, depending on location. Team members typically work an average of 35–40 Full Time and 16-24 Part time hours per week across seven days. Regular weekend and bank holiday working will be required as part of the rota. Split shifts will be required.
